Easy long run. Just shot to get in the mileage and maybe get a tiny bit quicker near the end, which I accomplished to a T! The weather was a little hot at times, and I was definitely pretty parched by the end, but things never got out of hand. I took gu's at miles 7 and 14 (toasted marshmallow w/o caffeine at 7 and tri-berry w/ caffeine at 14). Both seemed to sit pretty well, though I had a very mild side stitch near the end of the run. All in all, a great way to cap off the week!
