I felt decent on this, but not perfect. I would have felt much better had I not experienced some GI distress on the last 2-3 intervals. I also had that track group show up and get in my way again (they really do not understand track etiquette at all). Despite that, I felt that I held to my plan perfectly: keep myself consistent and under control until the last interval or two. I think the taper is starting to take effect, so hopefully this translates to a good race on Saturday!
