Great run! Ran with the KU team and Jack. I needed to wake up a little at first, but things felt consistently comfortable after the first 3-4 miles. The front pack of the team did their usual shit and started flying around 5 miles, but once I distanced myself from that I started feeling really smooth. I kept things controlled until around 10 miles and then I was pretty consistently in the mid-6:40s to high 6:50s. I closed the last mile in 6:34. The weather was a little humid at first, but the sun never came out and a nice rain came through later in the run. It was great to do a Sunday long run in Kutztown again. I miss it.
