Great workout! Maybe my best workout of this training cycle so far!

The primary goal here was to start at a steady, comfortably difficult pace with a short rest, getting quicker on the last two if I felt up to it. That went exactly as planned, except I also felt amazing! The first 4ish intervals felt really fluid and smooth. I only started feeling it in the final two, but I was able to get faster. I let myself go a little in the last half of the last interval and felt great doing so! That track club did show up about halfway through, so I was even weaving in and out of them.

Overall, this workout was a big confidence booster. I had been a little unsure of my fitness at times, so it's cool to know that I could come out and basically knock down 6 miles at a little quicker than target pace. Things kind of hit me a little bit after the cooldown when I was in Wegman's (some dizziness, fatigue), but I think I was just a little dehydrated. Otherwise, I felt great! It was awesome to have some much nicer weather too. Beautiful fall evening.
