Notes
This was mostly a solid hill workout! I never felt too beat outside of typical workout stuff, though the last 2-3 were a little tough. I am obviously not sure exactly how fast I was going up the hills, but I was shooting to get some decent turnover on the uphills and a maintained brisk recovery effort on the downhills. Judging from the first hill, I was definitely going at around target half pace on the former, if not maybe a bit quicker. The warmer weather was a nice touch. All in all, I am happy. Now to hit up a nice tempo on Friday or Saturday.
(The hill may have been a tiny bit longer than 400m on the dot, but whatever.)
