14x400 Repeats on Indoor Track

Notes: The workout felt good, but it didn't go too well. We were supposed to be hitting 77-79 pace. The first 8-9 weren't so bad, then everything got too fast and inconsistent with what we had been doing up to that point. Not happy with it, but could have been worse. 400s= 78, 78, 77, 78, 77, 77, 76, 76, 74, 75, 74, 74, 75, 73.
