Notes
This was surprisingly a pretty solid run! I based at the park in Lancaster, doing half my run on a loop around the city and the other half on a loop going through and around the park. I eased into the first mile and then I sat pretty comfortably in the 6:40s (minus two hilly miles in the park) for the remainder of the run. I never felt too tired or heavy like the past few days, and I imagine a lot of that has to do with the lower humidity levels. It was honestly a pretty decent morning to run. Nice end to a somewhat challenging week of training. I'm starting to get myself back on track!
