Like Wednesday, this workout was pretty solid on paper, but I didn't feel exactly great. I felt a little better than I did then, but my arms were tired as shit again in the first two on cycles. They just felt heavy for some reason. I think it's just from the fact that this was my first dual-workout week since October. Pacewise, things were fine. I didn't split my watch for the on cycles and just focused on putting in a good effort, which ended up being roughly around half marathon pace (maybe a little quicker at times) anyway. Taking that pressure out of it helped. I worked in the Jackson Hollow hill in the second half of the workout, but the rest of the course was flat to rolling. I figured a shorter effort-based workout would be good for today, all things considered. Hopefully I'll be back into a solid two-workout routine in the next two weeks.
