Something wasn't right here. I KNOW I was running faster than this time. I assume the course was long (I've been hearing that from a lot of people from various different psac teams). Wasn't terrible despite that, and I'm fortunate to have run my last collegiate 8k here at KU. Still, I'm better than this, I know it, and this won't fucking happen again. Looking to regionals.
