I am very excited about this race! I went into it very relaxed and carefree. I basically had a workout mindset the entire time and kinda of physically felt the same way all-in-all. To do that and come away with a home course PR on tired legs is awesome. I'm starting to get confident in my individual regimen. Now I will get some good training in these next two weeks and prepare to (hopefully) hit another solid train-through race at Paul Short!
