I decided to cut my mid-week a little short and just add a mile to a later run to get 80 for the week, as I started pretty late and wanted to give myself a little more time to rest for an early morning workout tomorrow. Thankfully, my achilles/ankle was never an issue and I actually felt decent-ish. I just kept things comfortable and consistent.
