This run went well enough pace wise, but I still had some lingering stomach bullshit. It makes no sense whatsoever because I got like 10 hours of sleep and got right up to run. I don't fucking know. The good news is it only really bugged me in the first few miles and then again a little during my progression. The progression still went well, though. I went 6:28, 6:09, and 5:40, so at least that was reassuring. This whole stomach/gas horse shit happened to me once before in recent memory and it went away after a few days of fuckery, so hopefully that happens this time.
