Notes
I started with a 6 mile out and back on Silver Bay and Pudding Island. Then I linked up with Em and did two miles with her on Sabbath Day Point before doing the last mile alone. I was holding in like the 6:50s at the time I met Em, but I'm glad I chilled with her for a few miles. I needed to get a nice slow recovery in today. My legs were still a little sore and I was tired from yesterday.
