Notes

Just an easy shake-out with Emily and no watch. I figured this would be a good way to start my training back up and see where my legs were at. My left leg was still giving me some slight pain in my groin and in my upper calf, but it never got too bad. I just don't understand why it's still here--even after a two week break. Hopefully it subsides. I'm just easing back into things this week, though, so I think I'll be fine.
