Notes
This run was interesting, to say the least. The first 5 miles were fairly pleasant and cool, despite the humidity. Then, as I turned onto Penn Grant around mile 6, I realized why the weather was so tolerable: there was a massive thunderstorm coming right toward me. I essentially ran right into the storm over the last mile, and I was fueled off of adrenaline once the thunder and lightning started (so take those last two splits with a grain of salt). It was sort of humorous to nearly hit tempo pace, but at the same time it was cool to see that I could get down to a pace that fast after a 6 hour car ride home from Sandbridge.
