Much, much better long run than last weekend. My biggest issue was a nagging pain in my glute/hamstring that seems to have carried over from yesterday's race. Hopefully I didn't hurt myself running that like an idiot, but the good news is it's nothing major; I was able to run with it fairly capably. Otherwise, I felt good for getting basically no sleep last night and also running in the afternoon again after driving home (and a session of goat yoga). The weather was hot, but nothing extreme.
