Notes

Good workout, but it was tough! I gave myself a hill on the second two, but the first one was mostly flat with a few rolling bits. I found that I was able to get consistently faster as things went on. The bugs were really bad in a few spots, so that kind of fucked me up. All in all, though, I am happy with how this turned out, and I know it will make me stronger down the line.
