Chest and Back today.. improved on most of the push ups, not so much pull ups. Had a not so good BCAA experience. the powder didnt fully mix and that kind of sucks. I felt like I had this powder in my throat the whole workout. Also, first time I skipped ab ripper but I ran out of time because I woke up too late and it was time to start the festivus.
