This lift was solid and the best i have had in a while, especially while being off testosterone. I have been struggling to make it to the gym for the last month. Well, tonight i got in there and was able to lift every second. I did primarily arms and some shoulder/accessory muscles. I got a decent pump for sure. I took a small quarter serving of boom, full serving of pump, and 1 serving of rubix and was in there getting it going. Stomach felt off from eating too much too soon before but i got over that and was able to hit arms. I didn't write down what i did so i am going off memory. i did try to focus on hitting between 15-20 on each set. Overall, i was pleased with this session.
