This morning i hit the treadmill as usual. The pace started slower as normal and i tried to pick it up every mile. Ironically, i wore my heavier trainers expecting to run slower and more relaxed this morning. Instead i ended up running faster but still remaining relaxed. I think my aerobic capacity is improving.
