Sarah wasn't there again today, so I had to make up my own workout again. So I focused mainly on core, because I had done upper body work at practice. I don't remember what all I did, but I boxed. Yeah buddy. And oh, I'm adding kicks in there as well. It's ferocious. And after going to the doctor, I needed to just punch something and get stuff out. It makes me feel powerful. Like, if I ever got attacked by anyone, I could do some major damage. There would be ownage. So I also did bicep curls, more pushups, lunges and etc, balancing on the balance board (I got up to 1:26, I was tearing it up), and 100 crunches on the exercise ball, which is not going to feel too great tomorrow morning. But yeah, I like making up my own workouts, because no one can tell me when to stop. Because I will not stop until I'm good and done.
