Went running with Mary on the Dog Days Course at the Community College. We got like 2 miles into it and she said it was too hot so we went and got snowballs instead.
I was kind of disappointed because it was my first time out for four days and I really need to loosen up and get some long easy miles in. I think I was just going too slow for her, and so it was almost pointless for her to run, so she just said it was too hot to get me to stop. I feel bad, I'm always slowing everyone down. But she wanted to come, so there's not much I can do. My knees were sore though, so I guess it was for the best. Stupid bike.
So now I have to go running later. And delay eating even more. But at least it'll just be me and some music this time. I need a zone.
