I think it can be said that I ran pretty hard today. My knees are still a little sore, but the pain kind of faded towards the end of the run. My stride just felt so awkward, like it wasn't even mine. I think it's the biking. I avoided any troublesome hills, because I don't think that'd be prudent at this point, but I still put forth a pretty good effort. I think the key today was that I warmed up, stretched, ran, stretched, cooled down, and stretched some more. That's what's been missing. I've been so stiff and tight, it's got to be throwing things out of alignment. But it was satisfying.
