Bleh. Had a pretty crappy run today. I just was not feeling it. Maybe because I threw up what little I had had for dinner last night, then ran 7 miles, then ate ice cream, then did calculus until 1 in the morning, then woke up at 7 in the morning to go run another 7 miles after sleeping for six hours. Not to mention probably being dehydrated, so I mean, I guess an 8:06 pace isn't horrible, but I mean, I ran faster than that for twenty miles two weeks ago. So when you look at it that way, that's pretty crappy.

Oh well. What can you do? Aside from eat more, sleep more, drink more, and do less calculus.
