Notes
This was supposed to be a long run but instead of getting up early, I slept in. I would have liked to do 13 but at 2.5 I knew that wasn't going to happen in this heat. So, I went to 3 and then back (started at beginning of trail). I wanted to go slow and long but I guess I've finally turned that corner and sub 8's is finally the norm again. That is important to me for so many reasons. Now I can build!
