COMMENTS: Storms rolled in today, so i ran on the treadmill again. Needed 8 today and got it. Plan is: M-8, T-7, W-8, Th-7, F-8, S-15 = 53 and then I meet my goal of 1825 in last 365 or 5 mile a day average..
