COMMENTS: Rained last night and there was a breeze this morning. John and I decided to break ranks and do the rain route instead of running 1/2 pickups on the trail. Took off on tired legs, but felt better by 3.5 and really enjoyed the last 4 miles of this run.
Melanie ran with Lori Palmer this morning and clocked 5.3 in 46:06 (842 av) on hills. 905, 838, 838, 838, 840, 225. Great splits!
