Just about didnt get out of bed, but did and went with Dan to T/Th run. Noticed weight of shoes again this morning but I do like them. They seem to cushion well and my foot rolls comfortably through the stride. I do believe I could get a good 400+ out of these "tanks".
Course: Diner route. Rolling hills on asphalt, concrete and brick roads. Last 2.5 on dirt trail.
1st mile uphill with cold muscles, then got into a groove and picked it up. Last 8 @ approx 715.
