Notes
Ran in new NB 1906 prototypes. Legs were fresh from taking it easy the last few days, so I know the "heaviness" I felt in my legs were the weight of the shoes. I had just bought a new pair of Nike Air Span's and they are noticeably lighter. I do like these NB shoes however. Definitely my favorite shoe they have sent me yet. I don't think these are the ones I'm supposed to wear without socks, but I'll call them tomorrow to make sure.
Course: Asphalt and some concrete sidewalks. Rollling hills.
Ran 5.1 alone then another one with the dog.
