Rode 4 miles to James's home, ran then started home. I was just 3/4 miles from his house when i wrecked my bike. I forgot my helmet this morning and could have hurt myself bad. I was trying to move from the shoulder onto the road (Nifong) to avoid some pot-holes. My front wheel hit the concrete road and I fell onto my left side at about 20mph. My feet were still locked into the pedals and I my hands were on the handle-bars. My left shoulder hit hard then my head was wipped into the concrete. I didn't get KO'd but it really rang my bell. My bike was jacked up as was my Garmin and Body. If I would have had on my helmet I would have been able to ride home, but instead i called James and he picked me up and drove me home. No helmet, bad call. My first time without it and last time.
