Wayne, my step-father passed away today and will be buried next to my mother this weekend. I was in Sedalia when he passed and got to visit with the family most of the day. Tomorrow I go to a funeral of a soldier I knew (died of an MI in early 50s) and my Aunt Georgia could go anyday. 3 in a week is too many! To say I didn't want to run tonight is an understatement. This may have been the closest I've come to throwing in the towel. Once I got out it was a perfect temp and the negative splits around the neighborhood mile really helped reset me. 8:08, 7:30, 6:44.
