COMMENTS: USRSA, Day 500: Sore today, but I'm better than I thought I'd be. Wanted to get in at least a mile in Central Park. I hobbled through it and felt good enough at the end that I could have done another, but the Marathon store was opening (@ Tavern on the Green) so I got in line. That is all I needed for my 500th consecutive day, but I'll run again later if I have a chance to preserve the minimum 3 miles a day, substreak!
