COMMENTS: Ran with Tom, Phil, Mike, Munash, Andy, and Steve Mc. We were all together until 5 then the hills seperated the crew. I knew I was running hard, but just about everyone pulled away! I just don't have all my gears back yet. 819, 744, 728 (105ft hill to fairview), 648, 620, 704 (two hills, 102ft Wood Hill to Ridgemont, 88ft on toes, Highridge then another 33ft rolling to Forum), 630.
