COMMENTS: Ran with John P. from Garth @ BBT. Tried a new course: Garth to Texas, to Creasy Springs to trail to Garth going long way around wetland area 1/4 mile from Garth. Had a light rain for most of run that I really enjoyed. Good run. Legs feel great but the yellow nasal discharge is back.
