Ran 6 fartleks. Thinking the whole time about the word fartlek and how funny it is. Achilles was probably at a 5.5, and when it hurt the most last week probably like a 7.5. Felt pretty good to run fast though without. Did some short and one from California to home which was my longest. I did notice that my up tempo pace was the same whether or not I was going short or long, etc. So, I worked on making the pace more appropriate for the distance.
