Felt like crap today actually. Achilles bugged me at the beginning and the end of the run. Kinda a dull pain at the beginning and then sharper at the end. But in the middle, nothing. Ice and ibuprofen again. Im wondering if it hurts cause I'm compensating for my tight hamstring? Gonna workout tomorrow
