Easy run on the lake. Ran over with Bren and Dec and then caught up with Kristin. We ran up to the street past Lawerence and then I ran quickly home. Thought my watch said 50 when we turned, so I would have run 5.6 or so in 30, but that must be wrong. Nonetheless, went quickly on the way back, happy to do a bit at my own pace. Dec and I were off on ESP pick up again. One day we will get it. Had a nice long WARM shower this morn to start this Friday off right. Headed up to MPLS tonight...
