Mill City Long Run! Two hours that just flew by. Was a cold one, but ran up and down the river on West/East River Parkway which was a nice switch up from CLT. Ran with Jess and chatted the entire time. Was a little worried hitting higher mileage yesterday about how I'd feel but we were going slow enough that I was totally fine. Took the Hennepin bridge back.
Headed to the Minnesota track meet after bagels, then to mcr to shop and back to Matt & Jess's to get ready for prom. got super drunk v fast from lack of food and we had to leave a bit early :/
