Notes
Thought this was going to be a "3 swings & a miss" kind of run, but I guess I did alright. Hot and humid conditions, insufficient long run recovery and 2.5 hrs of sleep last night was not boasting well. Left work about 6:30 and just went home, decided to get something in but wasn't going to put a lot of effort into it. Slow roll starting out and then picked it up. Didn't do the hills though because I'm afraid of the rwbb and way too tired.
