Got out the door a little bit late this morning, mostly my fault. Kyle came over from the hotel and Court, Andrew, Kyle and I all went out for a long run. Kyle and Gadz turned after about 2 and Court and I continued on to do the Sea World loop. So great to run with her! Felt awesome to get moving a bit faster than I have all week and we chatted up a storm. Should have been wearing sunscreen this run because my shoulders got very burned. Got some more Oscars tacos and then headed to the airport for a late flight home. Successful down-ish week and ready to get after it at GLR
