OK even Chicago can get H&H..:( 6.7 miles in 1:04:31 (9:38 pace, AHR 145). Good recovery run with legs heavy firt 4 miles then sproinky by mile 6. I highly recommend low HR recovery runs to get the legs ready for more work!
