COMMENTS: REST 8 1/2 hrs. Skipped Y swim but got sleep! Back straightening to see if foot issue is sciatic nerve. Sit straight, walk straight, flex backwards every now and then......
Last nights run felt so good, feet wise.

I'm still trying to figure out what's going on with my foot. The PF
is all gone but I keep having a pain in the top of the foot after
running (doesn't bother me on the run). After some rest it feels fine
again so I doubt metataral SF. This morning I ran 5 easy and it was
sore after so I massaged and stretched the foot and it got worse. I
left it alone and it felt fine later. It felt so good by evening I
went for a 3 mile tempo run and it felt fabulous during the run. I
laced my shoes so they didn't cross in the area that gets sore. After
the run the pain started creeping in. This time I did not stretch or
massage the top of foot sore area. But I did find a spot at the base
of the ankle at the front where I can press (or pluck like a guitar
string) on a thin tendon and it sends "fire" down to my toe. I
massaged that spot and the top of foot pain subsided. Wierd or what?
