Set uo 12 oz cup with 8 oz water along Cambridge. Grabbed cup with gloves, slowing momentarily then poured into already opened bottle. Then sipped and drank last bit while maintaining pace. No problem. But why do this??
8:00 pace was very smooth with some effort at first then level decreased til end of 2 miles. Felt good. All systems go.
