COMMENTS: Walked about 20 min in DF with Tory. Heel tener the whole way. More ham stretching with toe pull (helps), froz golf ball, froz bottle, foot roller. Toe scrunch on wall. Slow progress. Strassburg sock with tape to balls of foot for added support works well. No more sore toes. Getting better in morning.

Did Elliptical at night and heel did not hurt and worse after. Will do this time slot for awhile.

Setting: Flat level 6. Note 70-75 rpm kept HR at 139-144. Pretty low for that cadence.
