Notes

Did set of FRL planks (set of 3) and hamstring strengthening with elastic (2x10) and with Chair (1x10) both legs only. Hurts behind/side of knee to do chair roll with right leg only. Tender on flexing right leg after until holding spot and flexing several times. Then better. Does not hurt to flex later in morning. Will keep strengthening
