Sloooow Magical Healing Miles with Tory.

Did set of FRL planks and hamstring strengthening with elastic and with Chair. Chair both legs only x 10. Hurts behind/side of knee to do chair roll with right leg only. Tencer on flexing right leg after until holding spot and flexing several times. Then better. Does not hurt to flex later in morning. Will keep strengthening
