COMMENTS: Nice fall morning for a fall foalage run with Tory. Ran Kerley-DF to top of Couch mtn then down next trail to steep downward foot path to creek and back up. Tory did fine for the 2 1/2 hr run. Really tired by end with nothing left. The hills were intense!
