COMMENTS: Frosty clear 25F morning run with Tory in DF.
First lap was 8:44 (which is 3 min off record in January). 2nd lap slower since Tory would not go fast down hills. Need to try w/o Tory! Legs could NOT go fast up the big hills!
Wore hat, gloves, tee, long tee and shorts whole run and it was perfect!
