COMMENTS: 86% RH. Good workout with HR in low 170. Negative 4 mi splits (8:44/mi; 8:35/mi). Un eventful, just more difficult due to next pace level. Almost back to norml pace! Some sorenes in right glute went away by mile 4.
Saw one rabbit, one runner. Tory dragging a bit. Beat target goal of 8:45 for today.
