COMMENTS: Quite warm today with 63F and 90%RH at 5 am. Took it easy with 8 miles in 1:17:54 (9:44/mi)
Legs felt much better afterwards. Tory spun me around while running when he chased a deer while on his leash.
I'd rather have a SLO run than NO run!
